There’s something magical about rekindling friendships over good food, great music, and hearty laughter. That magic is always alive and thriving at Fourth Floor, a signature event hosted at The Gardens in Najjera, where the rhythm of old skool beats met the aroma of expertly grilled delicacies — and the result? Pure joy.
Held under the open sky, Fourth Floor is more than just a gathering — it is a reunion. From the moment the first guests arrive, it feels like time has rewound to a simpler, more joyful era. Hugs exchanged, glasses clinked, and stories flowing freely.
The Gardens provid the perfect backdrop for this nostalgic celebration. Lush hedges, cool drinks, and a mixed crowd of beautiful souls all contribute to a laid-back, yet vibrant ambiance. The photos speak for themselves — smiles, laughter, and a touch of elegance under the setting sun.
As the chef behind the scenes, I have had the honor of preparing the food that brings everyone to the table — literally and figuratively. The menu is rooted in Ugandan BBQ tradition, with juicy cuts grilled to perfection and flavours that spark conversation. Whether it was succulent pork ribs, tender skewers or spicy chicken, or signature cocktails that keep popping up on every table, each item is crafted to celebrate the moment.
